"I had ordered for this cake on 23/03 looking at the image given ,to my utter surprise this is the worst 1 year old's birthday cake I have ever seen . When we contacted and informed the team via whatsapp that this is not exactly what we ordered for ,they had the audacity to tell - They are handmade and would have 15-20% difference from how it looks in the image .I asked for a refund or replacement ,they couldn't do anything but kept telling to write mail to a certain id ,which doesn't receive mails .You should not put up images from Google that you cannot make as we are paying money for what you fool us for .They charge exhorbitantly high amount for the shitty product they had to offer .Extremely bad experience ,no concerns with customer satisfaction .Nobody contacted me knowing that there was a dissatisfaction expressed . If there was something In could rate below 1 ,I would have done that ."
